Scarborough celebrates Black History Month 2024

It’s Black History Month!
In the spirit of this year’s theme “Black Excellence: A Heritage to Celebrate; a Future to Build”, I am delighted to invite you to join me and my Scarborough Caucus colleagues, MPPs Vijay Thanigasalam, David Smith, and Aris Babikian, for our annual Black History Month event in honour of the Black communities in Scarborough. Time: 11 AM – 1 PM (Official program starts at 11:30 AM)
Location: Malvern Town Centre – Centre Court
Address: 31 Tapscott Rd, Scarborough (northwest corner of Neilson Rd/Sewells Rd)
The event will feature special guests, cultural performances, meet ‘n greet and more. Each participant will also receive a FREE MPP souvenir from our MPP booth, while supplies last.
